Great flavour in every dish. This is exactly what we were looking for in a Carribean restaurant. We had chicken and festival and a large Jerk chicken with red beans and rice, Calypso Coleslaw and plantains. We can't wait to do dinner on a weekend so we can try the oxtail and goat!

Short review - Go there, food is awesome and so is she! Longer review - Felt welcome as soon as we went in, not rushed to decide and lots of info on dishes. I went with the spicy jerk chicken and my wife went with the mild. I'm usually disappointed when I order 'spicy' because it's usually no-where near spicy enough but this was perfect. Yes it was spicy, yes I felt the heat but it also had great flavour. Portions where large and we ended up bringing enough rice home for another meal. I really wish we had more time because I would have loved to have been able to talk with her more. Will definitely be going there again if we're in the area (and possibly even if we're not in the area!)

Give you taste-buds the experience of the Caribbean. Set aside some expectations of everyday dining out and know that this restaurant will be like having a home cooked authentic Caribbean meal made from scratch. You know those friends who say, "I like hot sauces ...but ones that have real flavour", ya, this is 'that place' to bring them.

The service was genuinely warm. My curry goat was a masterpiece; smoky, spicy, and fall-off-the-bone tender. The rice and peas were perfectly creamy, and the plantains were equally good. It's a must-visit for anyone craving authentic, flavorful Jamaican food.
